Refund policy

Returns 

We allow returns within 30 days of your purchase, If it passes 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return the products must be in new condition and unused.

Any item not in its original and unopened condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned nor can;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your item has returned back to us, we will inspect it to see its unused and undamaged. Once approved we will refund your item and you’ll receive a refund notification email. This refund usually takes a few days to process and return back to the original method of payment 

Late or missing refunds

If you think you haven’t received your refund, we urge you to check again. Then if you still haven’t, you should get in touch with your credit card company. It may take a little longer than expected. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund you can email us at L1scents@outlook.com

Sale items 

We don’t allow sale items to be refunded

Exchanges

We exchange any items if they’re damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item contact us on L1scents@outlook.com

Shipping 

To return your product you should contact us at L1scents@outlook.com. We will then give you instructions on how and where to return it.

You will be responsible for the cost is shipping out the return item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

For any returns costing over £75 we would strongly urge to send as a tracked delivery. We can’t guarantee that your return will get to us.
